Blaze is thicker than standard DeFeet socks, but thin and breathable enough to work in harmony with today's best close-fitting shoes and boots. There is a fine line between cushion and overheating. The Blaze straddles that line with ease and versatility.
The Eclipse’s Mac Rib Cuff (TM) provides a dynamic fit that protects the ankle. The Lace Pad shields the top of the foot. The sculptured Air-E-Ator (R) mesh weave travels all the way around the sock to aid airflow and moisture transfer. The En-Duro-Skin (TM) construction reinforces the external heel and toe puncture areas. The Achill-E-Shield provides mid-foot compression banding for stabilization. The Sole2 (TM) double-sided sole construction makes the combination of durability and moisture management a reality.
